Confidentiality
Keeping your information safe is a high priority.
Your security and privacy happens at different levels:
1) Only essential details about you are held, so that we can keep in touch with you. This information is saved on a secure Server, to which only the practitioner you are working with has access.
2) For executive clients we can also set up an NDA as appropriate.
3) Any documents or clinical notes are held securely on a dedicated Server to which only your named practitioner has access. No paper documents are kept.
4) Where email communication is necessary to send attachments, files are password protected.
5) Confidentiality of information you share is held between you and your practitioner at all times, apart from if your practitioner is alerted to the likelihood of imminent risk of harm to yourself or someone else. In this case, your practitioner is ethically and professionally required to breach the normal rules of confidentiality in order to contact emergency services for the protection of the person at risk.
